Continuing Education Courses

The State of Michigan requires each licensee to complete 18 hours of continuing education in a licensing cycle, of which at least 6 hours must be approved as legal credit and 3 must be fair housing. The licensee must complete at least 2 hours legal and 1 hour of fair housing credit each license year. Classes are in compliance and recorded with the CE Marketplace. You will be able to meet your requirements by attending our live continuing education classes held at our main location in Southfield.
