Salesperson Fundamentals of Real Estate Courses

The first step in getting your Michigan real estate license is taking the Salesperson Fundamentals of Real Estate course. Take a course that works with your schedule. We offer day, evening, and Saturday courses. Schedules are listed below.

Course Fee: $310 includes books and materials.

Optional Exam Prep Sessions are free for 3 months after completing the Salesperson Fundamentals of Real Estate course.
