| Description: |
This State approved 40 hour class encompasses real estate law, math, terminology, & licensing material review in preparation for taking both the Salesperson's and Broker's exams. You may not use this class for Broker Prep credit if you have used the same class to obtain your salesperson's license. Our school meets the State's requirements, including 4 hours of fair housing. Upon completion, you will take a final exam. Upon passing, you will receive a certificate and be eligible to take either State exam. Please arrive a half hour early the first day to complete the registration process; mandatory $50 materials fee includes textbook, handouts, updates and a highlighter. Computers, cell phones and recording devices may not be used during class. Your online reservation is held for 48 hours, however pre-payment for tuition and materials is required.
